Drywall Repair
Drywall repair covers anything we do to fix damaged walls or ceilings before painting. That can mean patching nail holes, repairing dents, cutting out and replacing damaged sections, or dealing with cracks from settling. Good drywall repair is what keeps patches from showing through your paint job and stops cracks from coming back quickly.
Surface Preparation
Surface preparation, or prep, is the work we do before paint or new finishes go on. It can include cleaning, scraping loose paint, sanding glossy areas, filling gaps, and priming bare spots. Prep is not flashy, but it is what makes paint stick, keeps floors tight, and helps repairs blend in. When we talk about extra prep, we are talking about this kind of behind-the-scenes work.
Vinyl Plank Flooring
Vinyl plank flooring is a manufactured floor that comes in long, wood-look strips. It is popular in rentals and busy homes because it handles moisture well, cleans up easily, and deals with pets and kids better than many real wood floors. When we install vinyl plank, we pay close attention to straight lines, tight seams, and smooth transitions at doorways so it feels solid under your feet.
Bathtub Resurfacing
Bathtub resurfacing means we refinish your existing tub or shower instead of ripping it out. We clean and prep the surface, repair chips where needed, then apply a new coating that covers stains, discoloration, and old color. It is a good option when the tub is structurally fine but just looks tired or dated, and it cuts down on cost and mess compared with full replacement.
Owner-Operator
Owner-operator means the person who owns the company is the same person doing or directly supervising the work. In our case, that is TJ on site, not a salesperson handing you off to a random crew. This gives you one clear contact for questions, decisions, and walk-throughs, and it keeps the quality consistent between visits.
Specialty Contractor Registration
Specialty contractor registration is a license issued by the state for trades like painting. It shows that we are properly registered for the type of work we do, carry the required insurance, and follow state rules. When you see this on our paperwork, it means you are not hiring an off-the-books painter, you are working with a licensed business that is accountable.
General Liability Insurance
General liability insurance is a policy that helps protect you and us if something goes wrong on a job, for example accidental damage to your property. It is different from your homeowner policy and different from worker coverage. Knowing your contractor carries liability insurance gives you peace of mind that there is a safety net in place during the project.
Final Touch-Ups
Final touch-ups are the small fixes we handle at the end of a project, once everything is installed and the main painting is done. That can be smoothing out a missed spot, tightening a piece of trim, adjusting caulk lines, or fixing tiny dings that happened during the work. We walk the space with you, make a list together, and complete those touch-ups so the project feels fully finished before we call it done.
